10.30.01 Series

As mentioned previously, this is the beginning of the integration
of the flowers with my previous iconography, largely the human figure. I am quite excited about the progress, but am finding that these specific pieces are not quite hitting the mark I would
like them to be hitting. On subsequent pages, one can
see the progress, or, at least, movement forward, with this current disposition. Hopefully
I will be able to make this one really work for me. Another element that I have added to
my image making is word, in a structure loosely based on a haiku. For example:

hope is intertwined with the
infection to be
managed by growth extraction
